Kiara is a dedicated physiotherapist with a degree from Griffith University, specialising in musculoskeletal and paediatric physiotherapy. Alongside her clinical work, she brings a strong background in strength training, including powerlifting, and a lifelong passion for horse riding, which enrich her holistic approach to physiotherapy.

Kiara finds paediatric physiotherapy highly enjoyable, using play-based therapy to improve children’s motor skills, participation in daily activities, and reaching developmental milestones. She also works with NDIS participants, developing individualised plans to enhance independence and quality of life.

Her equine science background and broad experience in various horse-riding disciplines allow her to assist equestrians in improving performance, biomechanics, and preventing or recovering from injuries. This understanding of sports and movement extends beyond equestrian pursuits, as her strength training experience informs her work with athletes and gym enthusiasts. She creates tailored rehabilitation programs aligned with each client’s personal goals, whether enhancing sports performance, building gym strength, or improving mobility and function.

Kiara is passionate about helping clients achieve their full potential in what they value most, keeping every session centred on their individual needs and goals.
